Customer Review: Leaks from hot water reservoir

I've owned three Bunn coffemakers. Two each of the original B10 series and one of the BTX thermal designs.
After approx. three years of use, each unit developed a leak from the top water reservoir. These leaks ranged from a few drops to flooding the countertop, but alway from the top reservoir.
When they work, they're great, but I've had it with this design issue. I'm going to buy a true commercial coffee maker, which for all the money I've spent on these three, I could have bought to begin with.
